Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart, set up your personal information and enter your credit card information.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia at 6%.

Shipping
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship via ground service by UPS and USPS. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages. Most items will ship within 24 hours of your orders being placed.

We offer regular ground shipping, 2 day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Shipping fees will be incurred on any expedited orders other than standard ground.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping outside the continental U.S. requires additional shipping charges and can only be calculated if you contact us by email at info@shesquared.com for a quote. Please put International Shipping in the subject line.

Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary so please contact us for a return authorization.

All returns must be received back to Shesquared within 30 days of your original shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by the Return Authorization or RA# that is assigned when you contact customer care for approval. You can email us at info@shesquared.com or call 1-800-913-6651. Please be sure to include RA in your subject line. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

The customer is responsible for costs for shipping back to Shesquared and is responsible for insuring items. Items will remain property of the customer until we have physically received them so we will not be liable if they are lost in mail when being shipped back for return. In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you your shipping costs.

Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original packaging and in the original new condition as sold, including any attached tags, boxes, etc. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA#. We will refuse any package returned to us without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please email us and reference RA in the subject line at info@shesquared.com or call 1-800-913-6651.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.

Shesquared reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies to all exchanges and returns. SheSquared also reserves the right to change its policies at any time.
